The Office of International Programs UT Experiential Education Abroad Proposal Form
Through Title IV, The University of Tampa is required to abide by the following regulations in the coming years:
Programs can only have 2 weeks of instruction at the end of the term. For Spring 2017, dates of travel will now fall within: 05/07 - 05/21.
Grades must be submitted by the start of Summer 1 term.
If proposing a Summer 1 term program, be aware students will be required to pay summer tuition and travel fees.
A UT Experiential Education Abroad Proposal form is required by the faculty International Programs Committee and the Office of International Programs regardless if you have led the same program in the past. As part of your submission, please include the following items:
The UT Experiential Education Abroad Form with all requisite signatures for all new and recurring travel courses. The deadline for fall and winter intersession is November 1 and the deadline for spring and summer is February 15. Please submit both a hardcopy to The Office of International Programs in Plant Hall 302 and all electronic materials on the online portal at https://ut.studioabroad.com. Directions for submitting the hard copy are included in the application materials.
