Program Description:
UT Experiential Education Abroad Proposal Form
 
  • A UT Travel Course Abroad Proposal form is required by the faculty International Programs Committee and the Office of International Programs regardless if you have led the same course in the past.  As part of your submission, please include the following items: The UT Travel Course Proposal Abroad Form with all requisite signatures for all new and recurring travel courses. The deadline for submission is November 1st. Budgets are due February 1st. Please submit all electronic materials on the online portal at https://ut.studioabroad.com
  • Upon receiving a successful application, the faculty member is requested to complete all Curriculum Committee Materials.
