** Indicates rolling admission application process. Applicants will be immediately notified of acceptance into this program and be able to complete post-decision materials prior to the term's application deadline.

UT Experiential Education Abroad Proposal Form


A UT Experiential Education Abroad Proposal form is required by the faculty International Programs Committee and the Office of International Programs regardless if you have led the same program in the past.  As part of your submission, please include the following items:
 

  • The UT Experiential Education Abroad Form with all requisite signatures for all new and recurring travel courses. The deadline for fall and winter intersession is November 1 and the deadline for spring and summer is February 15. Please submit both a hardcopy to The Office of International Programs in Plant Hall 302 and all electronic materials on the online portal at https://ut.studioabroad.com. Directions for submitting the hard copy are included in the application materials.
